High-Net-Worth Insurance Account Manager Position Summary: The High-Net-Worth Insurance Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and expanding a portfolio of affluent clients, delivering exceptional service tailored to their complex risk profiles. This role involves proactively managing client relationships and ensuring their insurance needs are met with accuracy and professionalism. Key responsibilities include client servicing, risk advising, policy retention, and cross-selling a full range of personal insurance products, such as homes, automobiles, boats, fine art, jewelry, and other high-value assets, in alignment with agency policies and service standards. Key Responsibilities: • Work with existing clients via inbound/outbound calls to assist those that wish to cancel or have their insurance requoted by reviewing coverage, counsel on the coverage they have or the additional coverage that may be available to them, products and benefits that meet the needs of the clients and to retain the business., • Receive and return calls in a timely, courteous manner, providing customer service effectively and efficiently while counseling on the coverage they have and additional coverage that may be available to them., • Act proactively to retain accounts, following up on cancellations and Broker of Record letters, according to agency procedures., • Seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals or asking for additional lines of business., • Document each interaction with a client in our agency management system and attach emails and documents in accordance with agency procedures., • Enter data into the computer for use in managing the account, preparing documents, completing questionnaires, and adjusting accounts in accordance with agency procedures and standards., • Correspond with the insured and companies to obtain information or inform them of the account status or changes., • Compare information from the application to confirm coverage and accuracy, identify, and correct any errors or changes if necessary., • Counsel existing clients concerning coverage and/or policy changes, quote insurance rates, and accurately complete applications. Quote and remarket when necessary., • Consistently look to prioritize the placing of business with Keystone core carriers., • Gather the needed information for each quote, enter the quote data into the agency provided quoting software, discuss and counsel each client with the product that best fits their needs., • Perform account transactions including, but not limited to quotations, applications and binders for Rewritten & New Business., • Modify, update and process existing policies and claims in our agency management system and company systems to reflect any changes in coverage and/or type of insurance., • Assist clients with billing inquiries and payments as needed., • Responsible for the completion of daily and monthly reports assigned to you., • Represent the agency in a professional, ethical, and courteous manner that is consistent with the image of the agency., • Maintain a courteous and effective relationship with clients, co-workers, insurance carriers, and business contacts and represent the agency in an ethical and professional manner., • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information., • High school diploma or equivalent required, • Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required; CIC or CISR designation a plus, • Minimum of 5 years of insurance industry experience, ideally within an independent agency environment, • Demonstrated success managing a High-Net-Worth private client book of business, • Strong knowledge of insurance coverage forms, carrier products, and basic underwriting guidelines, • Proficient in utilizing carrier-specific systems and technology platforms to service accounts, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, • Experience with an agency management system, preferably Applied Epic, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize, multitask, solve problems, and perform effectively under pressure, • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, • Strong attention to detail while maintaining security of confidential information Office Location: 311 Main Street, Irwin, PA 15642 (Hybrid Work Options) Benefits: • Competitive Compensation, • Health Insurance Plans (PPO, HSA, Copay Options), • Dental Insurance, • Vision Insurance, • Company Paid Disability Insurance, • Supplemental Insurance including Critical Illness, Accident, Legal, Pet Insurance, • 401(k) with Safe Harbor Match
