Job DescriptionSenior FP&A Analyst | Direct Hire | $100-105K + Bonus | Vancouver, WA | Onsite w/ Hybrid FlexA growing financial services firm is seeking an Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial modeling for their firm. This role partners closely with the AVP of Finance and CEO to deliver insights that improve operational performance and guide business decisions. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working with data to influence strategy and outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, • Analyze monthly and quarterly the firms revenue and expense data, identifying trends, risks, and variances versus plan, • Partner with internal stakeholders to support decision-making through clear financial insights, • Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards to track KPIs and overall business performance, • Support annual budget development, cash flow planning, and funding initiatives, • Lead quarterly reforecasting activities in collaboration with senior leadership and finance partners, • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and data quality, • Document FP&A processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability, • Provide guidance and mentorship to additional team members on modeling techniques and other processesRequired Background, • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role, • 5-10 years contributing within a finance department, • Experience with both revenue and expense modeling, • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capability, • Exposure to financial planning or reporting tools; implementation experience a plus, • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, • Clear communicator comfortable presenting models to stakeholders, • High level of discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information, • Self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentCompensation & Benefits, • Competitive Salary Range + 20% annual bonus, • Health Insurance: 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums, • Retirement Savings: 50% employer match up to IRS limits, with multiple investment options, • Additional Insurance: Company-paid life, AD&D, short- and long-term disability, • Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Confidential counseling and wellness support, • Concierge Health Support: Access to dedicated healthcare guidance
