The Practice Lead, HRIS (Workday) serves as the strategic and technical leader responsible for advancing the organization's Workday HCM ecosystem. This role oversees a team of HRIS professionals dedicated to optimizing Workday to drive efficiency, accuracy, and high-quality employee experiences. Acting as both a hands-on Workday configuration expert and a trusted business partner, the Practice Lead ensures HR technology initiatives support the organization's mission and long-term strategic goals. This people leader drives governance, continuous improvement, and system innovation to support HR, Payroll, Accounting, and Finance through scalable, automated, and data-driven solutions.
