Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team and – along with our Senior Finance Manager – support our Commercial, Pricing, and Growth functions. In this role, you will act as a co-pilot to the business – translating operational data to financial impact and using that knowledge to help brainstorm, model solutions, and find opportunities for growth and efficiency. This Hybrid role is based in our Naperville, IL office. Our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model (generally T-TH in office and M & F remote) is required. Responsibilities • Be a valued Commercial Finance contact for functional area’s activities, using financial best practices and your unit economic understanding to help solve business problems and find avenues to drive business growth and cost savings., • Partner with our Business Development team and the Senior Finance Manager to create business cases for prospective new partnerships and implement operational and financial tracking of those partnerships once they launch., • Partner with our General Management & Operations team, Existing Partnerships team, and the Senior Finance Manager to identify, analyze, and model levers to drive partner growth and renewal opportunities., • Assist Senior Finance Manager and Pricing team with pricing analysis, scenario modeling, and reporting., • Prepare materials and commentary for executive-level weekly & monthly business reviews and assist Senior Finance Manager in preparation of quarterly Board of Director materials., • Develop functional KPIs that link back to the financial plan of the company, working with the Business Intelligence team to continuously improve our reporting infrastructure.We're Excited if This is YouExperience and Qualifications of the Role, • 4+ years of progressive experience in a finance role., • Top tier financial modeling skills, including from scratch build and analysis., • Insatiably curious, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills., • Confident and professional, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both within finance and across different operational areas. Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job, • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 (Excel, PowerPoint), with expertise in basic Microsoft Excel functionalities (e.g. LOOKUPS, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS) and corresponding Excel shortcuts., • Proficiency in Looker or other data analytic platforms (preferred; can train). The base pay range for this position is $86,445 - $110,000 USD Annual. The specific pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education and skill set. The compensation offered may also include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive plan or commission target.
