Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Education Center Director, the lead teacher is responsible for maintaining a warm, healthy environment to promote the total growth and well-being of the children in the program. As part of the responsibilities of this position, the Recovery Coach will have direct or incidental contact with clients served by Open Door in various programs funded or administered through the City of Springfield Department of Health and Human Services – Health Services for the Homeless Health Center.
