Job Description Job Title: Electrician Job Description Assemble and wire electronic components, control panels, and robotic/conveyor systems according to schematics and engineering drawings. Install electronic equipment and ensure proper integration with mechanical and software systems. Test and calibrate electronic systems to meet performance and safety standards. Perform diagnostics on circuits and components to identify and resolve issues. Work closely with engineers, machine builders, and other technicians to implement design improvements and provide feedback on schematics, assisting in continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities • Assemble and wire electronic components, control panels, and robotic/conveyor systems., • Install electronic equipment ensuring proper integration with mechanical and software systems., • Test and calibrate electronic systems to meet performance and safety standards., • Perform diagnostics on circuits and components to identify and resolve issues., • Collaborate with engineers, machine builders, and other technicians to implement design improvements., • Experience with low voltage systems., • Proficiency in using hand tools and pulling wire., • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints., • Experience with wiring and pulling wire., • Experience in wiring electrical systems to control panels., • Ability to use a volt meter. Work Environment Work in a manufacturing environment on the 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 5:00 pm currently, with a normal shift being 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenfield, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
