Traffic Analysis | DRMP Meet the leader shaping our team: Connect with the hiring manager John Schick | LinkedIn Your growth matters: See why Careers | DRMP Your Primary Responsibilities will include • Performs various engineering related calculations and analyses in the application of the basic design criteria necessary to complete assigned projects., • Collaborates with Project Managers on projects and client interaction, • Keeps Project Manager abreast of project and permitting progress., • Schedules, participate in, and documents project and team meetings as directed., • Support internal and external client/stakeholder communication., • Assists in analyzing technical problems, devising new or improved techniques, approaches, and alternative solutions to project processes and standard operating procedures, including project scheduling., • Drives client and review agency coordination for small to mid-size transportation projects., • Mentors new Associates in all select facets of project work, new client development, and the DRMP standard of high-quality service., • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and E.I. certificate in the state where this person’s work is primarily performed or an Associate’s Degree or Technical Certification in a related field.Experience:, • 0 - 4 years of overall and progressively responsible experience with public and private sector projects, ideally in the A/E/C industry.Skills:, • Experience with Synchro/SimTraffic and HCS., • Proficient with Microsoft Office software., • Working knowledge of the procedures to execute a sound and efficient project, with the goal of developing good project management techniques., • Effective verbal communication skills with colleagues, vendors, and subcontractors.
