Job DescriptionAssistant/ Marketing Coordinator About Us The Arena is an independent studio creating global franchises inspired by the worlds of gaming, anime, and event action. With a world-class executive team, robust financing, and deep access to top-tier IP, it is uniquely equipped to build a modern fandom ecosystem. The Arena is a space for and by fans. It engages and expands committed fanbases through an always-on model of offerings, including premium film and television, robust social media communities and content, experiential events, and consumer goods. The Arena is committed to artistic ambition and excellence across its slate of blockbuster films and event series. Producing and financing projects made alongside renowned filmmakers and breakout talents, it aims to blend prestige-level quality with franchise scale, doing justice to some of the world’s most beloved properties and their fans. The Role We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with a passion for marketing and brand to work directly with the President of Marketing & Brand.. This role sits at the center of the President’s day-to-day operations. You’ll help manage the flow of information, priorities, and communication across internal teams and external partners. The right person is highly organized, calm under pressure, and able to keep multiple moving pieces aligned without losing sight of the bigger picture. You’ll own travel arrangement and expense management the same way as calendar management and scheduling, help prepare for and follow up on meetings, capture key notes and decisions, and make sure conversations translate into clear next steps. Just as importantly, you’ll support the marketing side of the organization — helping coordinate decks and documents, organizing creative assets, and working with external creative, brand, and production partners. We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of professional experience, strong organizational instincts, and an interest and base understanding of how creative and marketing teams operate within entertainment or media. You should be someone who not only keeps things running smoothly, but who is a fan and with a passion for today's pop culture and is deeply immersed in anime, gaming, and modern action storytelling — as well as the communities that surround them. This role is ideal for someone who wants a front-row seat to how modern franchises are built and is eager to grow within marketing, brand, and franchise development over time. What You’ll Do * Manage the President of Marketing & Brand’s calendar, scheduling, and meeting logistics * Prepare meeting materials and capture notes, decisions, and follow-ups * Track action items and ensure conversations translate into execution * Coordinate marketing decks, documents, and campaign materials * Arrange travel, manage expenses and other logistics. * Organize and maintain marketing and creative assets * Support internal marketing processes and team coordination * Liaise with external creative, brand, and production partners * Assist with research and preparation related to marketing initiatives and partnerships What Makes Someone Successful in This Role The best candidates for this role don’t just wait for instructions — they anticipate what’s needed and help keep things moving. You should be comfortable taking ownership of tasks, identifying gaps before they become problems, and helping bring clarity and structure to fast-moving conversations and ideas. This role works best for someone who enjoys being close to the operational side of a fast-moving Entertainment company and who is motivated by helping teams execute at a high level. This Role Is a Great Fit If… * You are highly organized and naturally keep track of moving pieces without being asked * You enjoy bringing clarity and structure to fast-moving conversations and projects * You are proactive and comfortable anticipating needs rather than waiting for instructions * You are deeply interested in modern pop culture, particularly anime, gaming, and action storytelling * You want exposure to how marketing, brand, and franchise strategy operate inside a growing studio Qualifications * 2–3 years of professional experience in an assistant, or marketing coordinator role * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field preferred — or equivalent professional experience * Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Arena SNK does not provide visa sponsorship. What we offer: We believe the people who help build something great should be taken care of — fully. * Competitive Salary * Medical, Dental & Vision: 100% employer-paid coverage for employees — no premiums, no guesswork * 401(k): 100% company match on your contributions up to 4% of your salary * Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off to rest, recharge, and stay inspired We're building something that fans will care about for a long time. We want the people building it with us to be here for the long run too. Equal Opportunity Employer Arena SNK is proud to be an equal opportunity employer dedicated to establishing and fostering a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible workforce. We welcome and consider applicants for employment regardless of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, citizenship, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, pregnancy status, military/veteran status, disability, or any other protected category.
