Job Description The following Front of House positions are currently available to interview: • Server, • Bartender, • Busser, • Food Runner The Bartender position responsibilities include verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, memorizing drink recipes for the menu as well as traditional drinks, processing payments, managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies. The Busser position is responsible to clear the table after each course, and maintain the table until the guest departs. The Food Runner position is responsible to deliver the food to the table, in the correct order and to the correct seat, along with any meal accompaniments. The Hostess position is responsible to warmly greet guests, handle phone calls, walk-ins and reservation parties, as well as seat the guests. Essential Duties: • Greeting customers, • Provide outstanding customer service, • Processing payment, • Setting tables, • Clearing tables, • Suggesting menu options and wine pairings, • Ensure each guest is satisfied with their food, • Knowledgeable in alcohol pairings, • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills., • Must be able to carry 20 lbs., • Fluency in job-related English both verbal and non-verbal., • Minimum one-year experience as an administrative professional., • Commitment to superior customer service and excellent customer service skills., • Flexibility and creative problem-solving ability., • Strong initiative and self-motivation.
