Job Description Electromechanical Assembler Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Electromechanical Assembler to support the build and integration of industrial automation and robotic systems. In this role, you will work hands-on with electrical and mechanical components, using a variety of tools and equipment to assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair robotic systems. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a clean, high-tech manufacturing environment and takes pride in precision and quality. Key Responsibilities • Assemble electrical and mechanical components used in industrial automation and robotic systems, • Perform electrical wiring, control panel assembly, and mechanical assembly, • Test completed assemblies to ensure proper functionality and quality standards, • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on robotic systems, • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation, • Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and effectively, • Collaborate closely with a small team to meet production and project deadlinesRequired Skills & Experience, • Electrical wiring and electrical troubleshooting experience, • Control panel assembly experience, • Mechanical assembly skills, • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints, • Familiarity with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)Preferred Qualifications, • 1+ year of experience in electrical troubleshooting, wiring, maintenance, control panels, or PLCs, • Completion of a 2-year technical or trade school program (or equivalent hands-on experience), • Experience working with industrial automation or robotic systems is a plusWhy Join This Team?, • Work in a very clean, quiet, and climate-controlled manufacturing environment, • Be part of a high-tech operation focused on advanced robotics and automation, • Small, collaborative team where your work directly impacts finished products, • Consistent weekday schedule with optional overtime opportunitiesWork Schedule & Environment, • Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, • Optional Friday overtime: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, • Located in Council Bluffs, IA This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Council Bluffs, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
