As a US-based warranty provider, we provide expertise in safety and homecare to our customers. Our integrated solutions meet customer needs both inside and outside the home. Inside the home we protect critical aspects of home function such as plumbing, heating and cooling, appliances, power surges, hot water heater, and interior electrical. Outside the home we provide protection for critical lines (water, gas, wells, sewers, electric and septic). We primarily go to market B2B2C, partnering mostly with water/gas/electric utilities and municipalities to offer our product leveraging their brand for marketing and often adding our subscription fee to the water/gas/electric bill itself. Position Summary Change Management and UAT Manager is responsible for ensuring that the business is fully prepared to adopt and benefit from new initiatives, systems, or changes. This role bridges the gap between project delivery and business operations, focusing on people, processes, and organizational readiness to ensure successful implementation and sustainability. This role will lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating test planning and execution with business users, and the broader business readiness effort including change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training coordination. This Hybrid role is based in our Naperville, IL office. Our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model (generally T-TH in office and M & F remote) is required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Develop and execute business readiness plans aligned with project timelines and objectives including the user acceptance test strategy., • Proactively identify and manage business impacts, including changes to processes, roles, and systems., • Ensure that user acceptance test scenarios are defined early and captured during the requirements phase for downstream development and QA alignment, and successful and timely execution of UAT., • Collaborate with project managers, product owners and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness to ensure high user adoption post go live and positive stakeholder feedback., • Conduct readiness assessments and gap analyses to identify areas requiring additional support or intervention., • Lead user acceptance testing ensuring signoffs are obtained prior to go-live, collaborate with training team on end user training, communication, and engagement activities to prepare end-users and stakeholders., • Monitor and report on readiness progress, risks, and issues on projects and sprint deliverables., • Support production deployments validations, facilitate end-user feedback mechanisms, gather satisfaction metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives post-implementation. We’re Excited If This Is You Experience and Qualifications of the Role • 8+ years of experience in IT, business analysis, quality assurance, or program delivery, with at least 5+ years in a role focused on Business readiness., • 3+ years of direct people management experience with a track record of consistently recognizing and rewarding excellent performance and addressing performance issues head-on, without delay, • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies., • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional UAT efforts in large-scale transformation or enterprise-level programs., • Proven experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and business operations readiness., • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Computer Skills Needed to Perform the Job • Proficiency in Microsoft O365 Education • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Certificates, Licenses, Registrations • Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI), ISTQB, or similar credentials We offer a compelling total rewards package that includes a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits to support your total wellbeing. The base pay range for this position is $107,950 - $150,000 USD Annual. The specific pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education and skill set. The compensation offered may also include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive plan or commission target.
