The ideal candidate will have a proven record of steady employment in the construction industry and the ability to lead complex infrastructure projects from planning through completion. Job Description The Office Specialist is skilled in the day-to-day functions of the office and will perform a variety of office/clerical duties while providing excellent customer service. Customer Service • Answer incoming customer calls and route calls to the appropriate department., • Complete initial new customer intake, enter basic customer information and route new customer information to the appropriate sales team member., • Respond to customer account and billing questions or concerns., • Process customer payments received and complete daily bank deposits., • Process vendor invoices, submit payment via credit card or submit payment request to Corporate Office as appropriate., • Monitor past due accounts and contact customers for collections.
