Duties/Responsibilities: · Manage and improve operational practices; Plan and organize daily activities related to operations. · Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines; Oversee the shipping and receiving functions. · Lead Purchasing, Remodel, and Marketing initiatives; Coordinate with leadership to determine pricing, timing, and number of sales promotions, and products to be sold. · Identify, investigate, and resolve delays and gaps in shift operations. · Ensure shipping deadlines are met; Inform departments, relevant management, and other stakeholders of delays. · Facilitate maintenance and repairs to equipment. · Work with Operations and other leaders to identify and address inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction. · Track and forecast operational trends; Measure productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports. · Coordinate with other support departments such as I/T, Human Resources, and Finance to ensure successful systems, productivity, financial and production operations. · Perform other related duties as required. Required Skills/Abilities: · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Thorough understanding of operations policies and practices. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. · Monday.com, PAR, and/or Webcast experience a plus. Education and Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, preferred. · Five years of related experience required. Restaurant and/or Convenience Store experience strongly preferred. Physical Requirements: · Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. · Must be able to travel to store sites regularly. · Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
