Document productivity and losses, • Centerlines—Confirm machine settings and complete deviations when setting note to standard., • CIL’s—Clean and inspect equipment daily to find and report defects., • Defect Handling—Complete defect tags for any defects found on the equipment., • 6S—Maintain workspace organization., • Breakdown Elimination—Tag parts removed and replaced during a breakdown.
