Utilize evidence-based treatments within their scope of practice., • Implement treatment activities designed to reduce maladaptive behaviors, maximize behavioral self-control, or restore normalized psychological functioning, reality orientation, re-motivation, and emotional adjustment, thus enabling improved functioning and more appropriate interpersonal and social relationships., • Treatment is provided within clinical settings and may occur within community settings., • Act as a liaison within the community to ensure continuum of care and support for customers., • Document all service contacts within 24 hours of contact including face to face, collateral, and networking contacts. Job Description $5000 Signing Bonus General Statement: Under the direct clinical supervision of a fully licensed Psychologist and/or Neuropsychologist and the administrative direction of the Program Director or designee, the Psychometrician administers and scores neuropsychological, psychological, developmental and behavioral test batteries. As a Workplace Mental Health Consultant, you will provide individual therapy to employees, management consultations, training, critical incident response, and assessment and referral mental health support to employees at a leading Fortune 500 company in the Biopharmaceutical Industry. You may also provide consultation to HR, program managers, and supervisors on workplace and organizational issues. What you'll be doing: • Provide consultation and support to managers, people teams, and members that enhances employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness for 16 hours per week onsite at City, State. The schedule will be Two 8 hour shifts or four 4 hour shifts sometime between Monday-Thursday and 6am-6pm local time., • Proactively develop strong and trusting relationships with leaders and HR POCs and execute against a local action plan for your site, • Develop expert-level understanding of the Spring Health and customer benefit ecosystems/ available support programs, and provide appropriate referrals to members., • Provide individual therapy to employees onsite and virtually, • Assess for risk and manage member and organizational crises by providing in-the-moment support, triage, safety planning, and follow up., • Provide management consultation that enhances employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness., • Complete management referral intakes according to established guidelines; assure appropriate placement of management referred employees; provide guidance regarding EAP protocols to counselors working with employees., • Coordinate and deliver critical incident response, • Conduct company tailored trainings and Spring Health benefit promotion events, • Complete required internal training and assignments and attend Spring Health Clinical Team meetings, • Follow Spring Health policies and maintain all confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards, • Identify and problem-solve issues that serve as a barrier or disruption to care, with support from leadership., • Complete accurate and timely documentation of all service delivery., • Track and monitor available data to identify strategic workplace wellbeing insights, recommend targeted interventions, and collaborate with customer points of contact to successfully deliver targeted interventions., • Other duties as assigned What we expect from you: • You have a minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience with at least 1 year of post-licensed experience., • You have training and experience in delivering management consultation, critical incident response, and training presentations., • You're comfortable with technology and are telehealth competent., • You have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care, including short-term, solution-focused therapy, • You have an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy (Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist,Therapist, Social Worker, Counselor, etc.). Job Description SUMMARY OF MAJOR FUNCTIONS: The Manager – Fidelity, Training, and Internship (FTI) is responsible for overseeing evidence-based practice (EBP) fidelity to EBPs, creating a training plan to support direct service personnel (i.e., clinical, case management, recovery housing, and intake), and overseeing interns to help aid knowledge acquisition and ensure readiness to support high-quality care and drive clinical excellence within the organization. Additionally, the FTI provides training to include support of direct service onboarding. The FTI directly supervises the interns. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Training • Creates a quarterly training plan to support direct service personnel across multiple units e.g., clinical, case management, recovery housing, and intake, • Ensures training plan is approved through the CCO, • Develops training materials and ensures materials are disseminated and up to date, • Conducts training on EBPs through a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices e.g., group meetings, one-to-one offerings, in-person and/or technology-facilitated training, • Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of training through formative and summative evaluation, • Provides an analysis of evaluation monthly to the CCO for inclusion of QAPP monitoring, • Facilitates certification and licensure prep for direct care staff to aid in study and prep for successful examination, • Create and maintain a positive, professional, and energizing training environment to engage trainees, • Giving HR certificates of completion for any training given Fidelity • Supports quality processes through monthly direct/live observation of clinical staff delivering EBPs to assure that services are provided with fidelity in collaboration and coordination with Clinical Supervisors, • Documents direct/live observation within 24 hours of the observation, • Monitors health information technology dashboards for service delivery on a weekly basis, • Identifies opportunities for service utilization through monitoring of dashboards, • Provides monitoring report to the CCO on a weekly basis Onboarding • Develop training for direct service onboarding for new hires e.g., clinical, case management, recovery housing, intake, and interns, • Ensures onboarding training is approved through the CCO, • Provides onboarding training to new hire supervisors for implementation Interns • Oversees bachelors and masters level field experience interns, • Review intern applications, • Supports screening of interns for internship placement, • Provide onboarding training to interns, • Assist in resolving problems arising within internship placement in coordination with the university supervisor, • Aid tracking and reporting of internship hours, • Fosters positive relationships with community partners, stakeholders, etc. to enhance the organization's reputation and broaden its reach. Other • Available to provide backfill support as needed for the clinical team, • Supports and adheres to the rules and regulations of EHI, • Implements other procedures as requested by the CCO and executive leadership MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related behavioral health field., • Maintains state licensure as a psychologist, licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), licensed professional counselor (LPC), or equivalent, with a minimum of 7 years of clinical experience., • Strong knowledge of evidence-based clinical practices in the field and excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills., • Experience in teaching adult learners with sound knowledge of adult learning theory and the ability to present material to differing levels of base knowledge of novice to professional., • Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability to communicate with both clinical and non-clinical audiences., • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams., • Demonstrated commitment to ethical and culturally competent care., • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data analytics., • Strong prioritization and organizational skills., • No active police warrants, may not be on probation or parole., • If in recovery, must have a minimum of (10) years of continuous sobriety and abstinence., • Must have no current case open with the Department of Corrections., • Must have no Felony or Misdemeanor convictions for a minimum of (8) years prior to employment., • Must pass an MDOC LEIN Clearance.
