The Facility Team Member is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operation of all maintenance, construction, and preventative maintenance needs of MVP Sports Clubs. This position is a part of the Property Management Department reporting to the Regional Property Manager. Responsibilities • Provide timely equipment maintenance & repairs to assure minimal amount of down time., • Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, machine repair, painting, and janitorial skills on a regular basis, in all areas of the buildings., • Source and purchase equipment, tools, appliances, and other items at the request of the Property Manager., • Build and/or assemble shelving, workbenches, storage rooms, doors, walls, and equipment., • Coordinate and supervise all electrical, plumbing, HVAC and painting needs., • Approach each situation from a service-oriented lens. As TruCourse continues to integrate and expand its platform, the company is seeking a Group Plant Controller to provide strong financial leadership across its operating subsidiaries and support enterprise-level decision making. Position Summary The Group Plant Controller is a senior finance leader responsible for overseeing accounting, cost accounting, and financial operations across multiple manufacturing facilities within TruCourse Foods, including CK Snacks and Axium Foods. This role ensures consistent financial controls, accurate and timely reporting, effective forecasting, and compliance with audit, lender, and benefit plan requirements across all entities. The Group Plant Controller partners closely with Plant Controllers, Operations leadership, and Executive Management to drive financial visibility, cost discipline, and operational performance.
