This is a role for someone who has experience operating scaled brand marketing and cause marketing campaigns and can sell brands on sponsorship opportunities. You’re able to see the forest beyond the trees to develop truly integrated campaigns and manage a truly integrated team. You consider yourself an expert in developing out of the box partnership ideas and spotting trends in the entertainment and pop culture landscape. Responsibilities Include: • Leading brand sponsorship and partnership outreach and strategy on various client (brand and non-profit) teams., • Strategizing, negotiating and contracting media partners for strong mixed media plans; execute media partnerships and branded content, including content concepting, drafting, editing and more., • Assisting in developing and executing comprehensive communications strategies., • Considered a thought-leader of sorts, for the agency and clients., • Partnering with PR, Talent and Social Media teams to create integrated strategies for clients., • Training and mentoring junior staff on the inner workings and executions of brand integration, PR, media relations, social campaigns, and overall work approach., • Managing and building on existing network of brand reps and entertainment/fashion/sports/tech industry contacts., • Planning, managing and executing brand and entertainment marketing and partnership strategy on behalf of corporate and non-profit clients for product launches, campaign launches, etc., • Planning, managing and executing sponsors for large-scale events, film and TV integrations, media partnerships, etc., • Achieving deliverables for a full roster of clients (average of 6 – 8)., • Participating in and/or leading new business meetings, creating proposals, as needed., • Regularly bringing new opportunities for clients – brand meetings, key introductions, flagging event sponsorship opportunities, • Working with senior management to respond to client requests and ensure requests are taken care of in an efficient manner., • Support administration of accounts including developing agendas, meeting recaps, activity reports, client status reports, and budget trackers.You Should Apply If:, • You have at least 8 years of brand sponsorship, partnership, entertainment marketing and sales experience with demonstrated success in the following areas: securing top-tier brand partners for paid partnership and sponsorship opportunities, negotiating deals, developing and executing marketing and communications plans for entertainment, lifestyle, fashion, technology or non-profits, creating out-of-the-norm media moments, and managing staff., • Successful sales track record: sponsorship sales experience; Job Description JOB SUMMARY The Maintenance Make Ready, Porter, Groundskeeper reports to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Make Ready-Porter is required to perform various job duties based on business needs, to include preparation of vacant apartments for market-ready, and responsible for the overall appearance of the property grounds, models, and vacant units. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES • Receives make-ready assignments; gathers all necessary tools, equipment, and supplies needed to make an apartment unit available to rent., • Trashes out the unit for make ready; makes sure a move-out form is approved and signed., • Confirms with Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor items left to be thrown out belonging to previous residents, not belonging in the apartment unit., • Evaluates carpet and vinyl; shampoos carpet/vinyl and discusses with supervisor(s) replacing carpet/vinyl flooring if needed., • Checks air conditioning unit, heating unit, water heater, and all appliances; makes minor repairs if needed; contacts Maintenance Supervisor for more extensive repairs or replacements., • Paint interior apartments, occasionally perform light exterior painting. Polishes and varnishes cabinets and other woodwork as needed. Repairs holes in walls, perform painting duties, checks to caulk, and applies where needed., • Repairs or replaces baseboards or trim as needed. About the Role The Senior Manager of Site Operations is a vital role responsible for directing the care and stewardship of all homes, buildings, and grounds at Community First! Village (CFV), a permanent supportive housing community for formerly chronically homeless individuals. CFV currently includes over 600 homes and 100,000 square feet of staff and community buildings spread across 102 acres on two adjacent sites. What you'll do: * Develop planning, organization, execution, and communication for all acquisition integrations. * Work in close partnership with all departments, ensuring smooth and efficient communication of project updates. * Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of projects and ensure the business objectives are met. * Regularly report on progress, milestones, and risks associated with each implementation. * Conduct regular project meetings and be responsible for project training and analysis. * Maintain high level knowledge of clinic processes including scheduling, clinical workflows, human resources, vendor set up, billing practices etc. * Build the implementation team including people, tools and processes while setting the standard highs. * Identify and implement best practices for the M&A integration process, developing repeatable and scalable processes. * Establish strong working relationships with providers, peers, direct reports, clinic teams to ensure high engagement and to build a highly collaborative environment. * Serve as day-to-day relationship manager with key individuals at acquired practices from closing of practice until completion of integration and associated handoff to Operations team. * Asses, manage, resolve, and escalate risks and/or issues. * Analyze and troubleshoot workflows to identify patterns, trends, and process improvement opportunities. * Other duties as assigned.
