As a Client Services Associate, you are responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing administrative and campaign execution support, and ensuring the successful delivery of media services. This is an entry-level position designed to build foundational knowledge of digital advertising within the political and public affairs space. Who Are We? Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: • Support senior staff in the execution of digital campaigns., • Assist in report preparation, trafficking creative, and capturing screenshots., • Monitor pacing and budgets of at least $5,000 and escalate discrepancies., • Ensure campaigns meet deadlines and maintain quality., • Coordinate budget reallocations with Programmatic Trading., • Track and communicate internal and external decisions., • Submit timesheets and expense reports on time., • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, preferred, • Interest or background in politics, public affairs, or digital media., • Strong communication skills and attention to detail., • Annual base salary range of $50,000 depending upon factors including, but not limited to, experience, skill level, education, and location., • Open leave (paid time off), • Paid Leave for new parents, • Health insurance (including dental and vision), • Flex Spending Plan, • Employee Assistance Program, • 401K with company matching, • Student Loan Repayment Program, • Professional development opportunities, • Rewards and recognition programs This position is based in Washington, DC however, we are open to remote work in other states. We will be working on a hybrid basis with many team members working entirely from home. Work hours are consistently 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday - Friday, with the expectation that evening and weekend work will be required as necessary.
