Job Summary The Operations Manager, National Accounts will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations, service delivery, and the overall financial performance of National Account customers and team. The Operations Manager reports to the Sr. Director of National Account Operations. This position has supervisory responsibilities and reports to the Director of National Account Operations. Core Job Responsibilities • Create and implement a strategy to maximize customer retention, improve profitability, and ensure employee satisfaction and engagement., • Communicate job expectations, plan, monitor, and appraise job results., • Prioritize National Account customer needs and have competent decision-making skills., • Train/Develop/Coach staff to reduce customer downtime and identify talent to facilitate training., • Develop a culture of safety that meets or exceeds the company’s high standards., • Recruit and oversee training of high-quality coordinators., • Drive partnership and collaboration between local teams and the National Accounts team, • Maintain a high standard of quality communication, follow-up, and customer service., • Initiate, coordinate, monitor, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures., • Resolve personnel and service problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action., • Account Receivable responsibility with a focus on timely execution., • Initiate and foster a spirit of cooperation and teamwork between departments., • Answer questions and respond to requests in a timely manner for internal and external customers., • Maintain a safe, positive, and healthy team culture amongst a group of fully remote members., • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies., • Develop thorough knowledge of the Company’s operating standards, policies, directives, and safety instructions pertaining to the assignment., • Assist with monitoring reports and ensuring limited hours/jobs remain for EOM., • Collaborate with supervisors to improve overall process and execution for driving service growth with National Accounts., • Collaborate with project managers and National Account managers to ensure we deliver on any customer-focused KPIs., • Work with regional leadership to manage and drive financial forecasting and results., • Customer Service Orientation, • Initiative, • Teamwork, • Timeliness, • Attention to detail, • Organizational skills, • Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting goals and deadlines Requirements: • Experience managing (10) or more service personnel, remote employees, or other support staff., • Strong management and leadership skills., • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style., • Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, writing, and presentation skills., • Strong mechanical aptitude preferred, previous hands-on mechanical repair and/or troubleshooting experience preferred., • Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven service environment., • Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs and across remote offices., • Extensive skills in Microsoft Office Products., • Exceptional planning and organizational skills., • Results-oriented and demonstrates the ability to work independently and in a team environment, occasionally lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams., • Possess innovative leadership, communication, delivery, consultative, partnership, and team building skills., • High School Diploma or GED is required. Employees may work with co-workers’ side-by-side with a moderate level of activity being performed. Exposure to high voltage AC/DC power is very common in many work environments. The noise level in the work environment is light to moderate. Salary Range The pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting.
