Key Responsibilities Customer Care Responsibilities: • Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat platforms to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products/services., • Identify customer needs and concerns, troubleshooting problems and proactively finding solutions to ensure a positive customer experience., • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system., • Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and calls for executives, resolving conflicts efficiently., • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries., • Handle email monitoring and organize correspondence, drafting replies on behalf of the executive when necessary., • Assist with general administrative tasks and special projects, such as data entry, organizing digital files, and conducting online research., • Proven experience in a customer service, administrative assistant, or personal assistant role (preferably in a remote setting)., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone., • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines., • Proficiency in using computer systems, software, digital communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom), and MS Office/Google Workspace., • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to resolve diverse issues independently., • Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a distraction-free home office., • A reliable, high-speed internet connection., • A dedicated, quiet workspace.
