Website: About the Role The Housekeeping Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring our property remains impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and welcoming for every guest. This position supports the Housekeeping Manager by overseeing daily operations, inspecting guest rooms and public spaces, and guiding the housekeeping team with a calm, professional, service‑driven approach. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, organized, and skilled at motivating teams while upholding Method Co.'s high standards of hospitality. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all rooms and public areas meet brand standards, • Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms, hallways, and common spaces, • Train, coach, and support housekeeping staff to ensure consistency and quality, • Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and daily workflow management, • Monitor inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities, • Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with engineering as needed, • Uphold safety, sanitation, and cleaning protocols at all times, • Support hands‑on cleaning tasks during high‑volume periods, • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience required; Manager experience preferred, • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, • Excellent communication and leadership skills, • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities, • Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing, • Competitive hourly pay, • Opportunities for growth within Method Co., • A supportive, collaborative work environment, • Employee perks across our hotel and restaurant portfolio, • Paid time off & vacation, • Health, dental, vision benefits
