Job DescriptionPosition Summary- Hybrid Roll The Plumbing Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids for plumbing projects. This role includes reviewing invitations to bid, performing material and labor take-offs, developing detailed scopes of work, and building/maintaining a structured sales pipeline. The Estimator ensures that bids are accurate, complete, and aligned with company margin and profitability goals. Success in this role requires a detail-oriented professional who partners closely with operations before bids are submitted to ensure constructability, resource alignment, and profitability. The Estimator also uses ServiceTitan to track pipeline, measure hit rates, and monitor estimate accuracy against actual performance.Our Core Values We expect all team members to model and promote
