Client Experience & Styling • Conduct personalized consultations to understand each clients lifestyle, needs, and style goals, • Advise clients on fit, fabrics, styling, and wardrobe building, • Take precise measurements and guide clients through the customization process, • Conduct fittings and ensure garments meet Surmesur quality standards, • Follow up with clients throughout the production process, • Develop long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-ups, • Maintain a personal client book and drive repeat business, • Identify wardrobe opportunities and recommend additional pieces when appropriate, • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals, • Maintain an organized, professional, and visually inspiring showroom environment, • Assist with visual merchandising updates and product presentation, • Keep client records and order details updated in internal systems, • Stay informed on new collections, fabrics, and company standards, • Support team initiatives and daily showroom operations What experience do you need? • 23 years of customer service experience, • 23 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or luxury environments, • Knowledge of mens fashion or custom clothing is an asset, • Experience working with CRM systems or Google Workspace tools, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization Diversity, Equity & Inclusion At SURMESUR, we subscribe to the principle of employment equity and invite women, visible minorities, native people, people with disabilities, LGBTQ2S+ people and otherwise marginalized people to apply.
