Our top performers typically earn an additional $1-$2 per hour in commission.Total Average Earnings: With our competitive base rate, lucrative bonuses, and uncapped commission structure, our Assistant Managers typically earn an average total annual compensation ranging from $35,000 to $44,000, depending on individual performance.
