Youll be the go-to person making sure nothing falls through the cracks communication is tight, materials are polished, and clients feel confident and cared for throughout the process. • If youre highly organized, proactive, creative, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this role was built for you.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Client Coordination, • Serve as the first line of response for commercial client escalations or issues, • Track and assign material invoices to the correct jobs daily, • Assist with onboarding new crews and ensure required documentation is complete, • Communicate with clients on tentative, upcoming, and confirmed production start dates, • Coordinate white space communication with production leadership, • Support pre-production planning, including:, • Color selections and renderings, • Equipment check-in / check-out / rentals, • Project timelines, • Flyers and notices, • Pre-handoff checklists, • Ensure consistent, accurate communication between clients, painters, staff, and ownershipMarketing & Brand Experience, • Own and manage a monthly commercial marketing calendar, • Create and execute commercial marketing themes, events, and client appreciation initiatives, • Coordinate and support trade shows, client visits, and commercial events, • Gather, organize, and submit commercial case studies, • Maintain before-and-after project photos and client references, • Create and manage commercial-focused social media content, • Support sales team with email campaigns, target lists, and content creation, • Update website with current commercial content, project photos, and team images, • Drive and manage Google reviews from commercial clients, • Assist with annual commercial marketing budget planning, • Track and manage marketing spend to stay on budgetSales Support, • Create and maintain sales presentations, templates, and marketing materials, • Ensure sales materials are organized, ordered, and available, • Manage thank-you gifts and post-sale follow-up, • Maintain clean, organized, and accessible files, • Prepare and present commercial division reports to leadership, • Provide clear, ongoing communication to ownership and staff, • Attend sales events and trade shows as neededWhat Were Looking For, • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities, • Confident working cross-functionally with sales, production, and leadership, • Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented, • Professional, polished, and client-focused, • Award winning team, • Be a central leader in a growing commercial division, • Work closely with ownership and leadership, • Make a visible impact on client experience and brand perception, • Opportunity to grow with a high-performing, values-driven organization
