Summary of the position We are seeking an experienced, client-focused professional to join Sequoia Financial Group’s dedicated service team for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families, family offices, and complex multi-entity relationships. As a Sentinel Client Service Associate, you will serve as a primary service point of contact for clients and their representatives — including family office staff, attorneys, CPAs, and trustees — while partnering closely with Financial Advisors and internal teams to deliver seamless, high-touch service across complex financial structures. This role will involve complex entity structures, alternative investment operations, and the elevated service expectations of sophisticated wealth management relationships. ResponsibilitiesClient & Advisor Service • Serve as a dedicated service contact for high-net-worth clients, family members, family office personnel, and authorized representatives across multigenerational relationships., • Manage day-to-day service requests from clients and advisor teams with a high degree of accuracy, urgency, and professionalism, • Anticipate service needs across complex household relationships, proactively coordinating with advisors and internal teams to stay ahead of client expectations., • Facilitate client and advisor meetings through scheduling, agenda preparation, and performance report coordination using Salesforce and Outlook., • Deliver clear, polished communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions with clients, family office contacts, and external professionals.Entity & Account Administration, • Partner with our new accounts team to open and maintain accounts across complex entity structures, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, limited liability companies, family limited partnerships, operating businesses, foundations, donor-advised funds, and charitable remainder trusts., • Process account maintenance requests — including beneficiary changes, transfer of assets, titled owner updates, and authorized contact modifications — with accuracy across custodian platforms., • Coordinate with custodians (Schwab, Fidelity) and internal teams to ensure entity documentation, titling, and account structures remain current and compliant., • Maintain accurate, complete client data across Salesforce and custodian & reporting systems, including entity relationships, contact hierarchies, and authorized parties.Alternative Investment Operations, • Manage capital call and subscription workflows: review and complete capital call documents, confirm fund availability in the appropriate accounts, and coordinate funding by required due dates., • Monitor upcoming capital call deadlines across client portfolios and proactively coordinate with advisors and clients to ensure timely execution., • Pull and upload alternative investment tax documents (K-1s and related schedules) for clients and their representatives in coordination with advisor teams., • Maintain organized records of alternative investment activity, capital call history, and document delivery within Salesforce.Money Movement & Operational Execution, • Coordinate and facilitate money movement requests — including wires, ACH transfers, journal entries, and distributions — in partnership with the centralized Money Movement team and custodians., • Monitor time-sensitive operational matters including pending transactions, custodian alerts, and funding deadlines; escalate and resolve proactively., • Follow established workflows and internal controls for money movement, applying heightened verification standards appropriate for complex, high-value relationships.Salesforce & Workflow Management, • Manage and resolve cases in Salesforce queues, maintaining accurate status, detailed notes, and complete audit trails throughout the lifecycle of each request., • Utilize Salesforce workflows and reporting tools to prioritize workload, track SLA adherence, and surface time-sensitive items., • Maintain data integrity across client records, entity relationships, contact structures, and document repositories within Salesforce.Required Skills/Experience, • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a client service role within wealth management or financial services., • Demonstrated experience servicing high-net-worth clients, multi-entity households, or family office relationships., • Working knowledge of complex entity structures, including trusts, LLCs, partnerships, and charitable entities., • Experience with alternative investment operations, including capital calls, subscription documents, and related tax document workflows., • Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM/workflow platform used in a daily production environment., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally with attorneys, CPAs, trustees, and family office staff., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority service requests simultaneously without loss of accuracy or follow-through., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).Preferred Skills/Experience, • Experience with custodian platforms, specifically Schwab and/or Fidelity., • Experience working directly with family offices or multigenerational family wealth relationships., • Familiarity with portfolio management/reporting platform., • Experience with DocuSign for document preparation and client execution workflows., • Exposure to charitable structures including private foundations, DAFs, and CRTs., • Bachelor’s degree preferred;
