Commercial Cleaning: Clean office buildings, retail spaces, and other commercial properties, ensuring they remain spotless and inviting for employees and clients. Deep Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, window washing, and scrubbing areas that are often overlooked in regular cleaning. Post-Construction Cleaning: Clean newly constructed or renovated spaces, removing dust, debris, and other materials from all surfaces. Eco-Friendly Cleaning: Use environmentally friendly cleaning products and methods whenever possible to ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients. Standard Cleaning: Carry out general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming. Customer Service: Provide a positive experience for all customers by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. Address any concerns or questions the client may have regarding cleaning services. Maintaining Equipment and Supplies: Ensure all cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies are in good working condition, and report any issues to management. Travel: Commute to and from job sites efficiently, ensuring timely arrivals for scheduled cleaning sessions. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for client use. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all assigned areas, adhering to established cleaning protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit. Manage time effectively to complete all cleaning tasks within the scheduled timeframe. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks. Assist with additional housekeeping duties as required, including floor care and organization of spaces. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or residential cleaning preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hotel or commercial cleaning is a plus. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial. Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving items as necessary. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning products and techniques. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
