This role will oversee the complete Quote‑to‑Cash process, ensuring seamless coordination among the Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams. /p pThe ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen, operational excellence, and analytical capabilities to ensure accurate billing, efficient collections, reliable forecasting, and high‑quality revenue reporting. This position plays a critical role in maximizing cash flow visibility, reducing revenue leakage, and supporting strategic business decisions. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 h3Revenue Operations Quote‑to‑Cash Management /h3 ul liOwn and manage the end‑to‑end Quote‑to‑Cash / Revenue‑to‑Cash process, from closed deals of clients to cash collection. /li liEnsure contracts, purchase orders, customer information, billing schedules, and commercial terms are complete and accurate before invoicing. /li liIdentify and resolve operational bottlenecks impacting revenue generation and cash collection. /li liEstablish and maintain controls to prevent revenue leakage, invoicing errors, delayed billing, and collection issues. /li /ul h3Contracts, Billing Revenue Administration /h3 ul liReview commercial agreements related to renewals, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, discounts, credits, and billing adjustments. /li liManage purchase order requirements, vendor onboarding processes, customer portals, and supporting documentation. /li liCoordinate the timely and accurate issuance of invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and billing adjustments. /li liInvestigate and resolve billing exceptions, contractual discrepancies, and complex enterprise customer cases. /li liCollaborate with the financial team on revenue recognition, month‑end close activities, reconciliations, and audit support. /li /ul h3Accounts Receivable Collections /h3 ul liMonitor and manage AR aging, prioritizing overdue balances, strategic accounts, disputes, and collection risks. /li liCoordinate collection activities with internal teams and customers while maintaining professional and solution‑oriented communication. /li liInvestigate and resolve invoice disputes related to billing, payments, taxes, purchase orders, customer portals, or missing documentation. /li liPrepare and maintain AR reports, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) analysis, overdue balances, payment commitments, dispute tracking, and expected cash collections. /li liEscalate collection risks, operational blockers, and potential bad debt situations when appropriate. /li /ul h3Revenue Forecasting, Analytics Reporting /h3 ul liBuild and maintain billing, collections, and cash inflow forecasts by connecting bookings, contracts, invoicing, and collections data. /li liAnalyze key SaaS metrics, including ARR, MRR, churn, renewals, expansion revenue, contraction, discounts, AR aging, and DSO. /li liDevelop executive dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into revenue performance, working capital, and collection risks. /li liReconcile data across CRM, ERP, billing platforms, and financial models to ensure consistency and reliability. /li liDeliver actionable insights to improve revenue conversion, shorten cash collection cycles, and increase forecast accuracy. /li /ul h3Process Improvement Systems Optimization /h3 ul liDocument and standardize SOPs for contracts, PO management, billing, collections, dispute management, and revenue reporting. /li liDesign and implement controls to improve data quality, process compliance, approval workflows, and auditability. /li liParticipate in CRM, ERP, billing platform, subscription management, and reporting automation projects. /li liIdentify opportunities to reduce manual work, operational errors, spreadsheet dependency, and processing times. /li liCollaborate with Finance and Go‑to‑Market teams on pricing, packaging, renewals, commercial terms, and customer lifecycle initiatives. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. /li li4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Order‑to‑Cash, Billing Operations, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, FPA, or similar roles. /li liExperience working in SaaS, B2B technology, subscription‑based businesses, or recurring revenue environments. /li liStrong understanding of contracts, purchase orders, billing operations, accounts receivable, collections, and monthly close processes. /li liExperience preparing forecasts, management reports, financial analysis, and executive dashboards. /li liAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling, reconciliations, pivot tables, and large dataset analysis. /li liStrong understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, NRR, GRR, churn, expansion, contraction, bookings, billings, revenue, CAC, LTV, and DSO. /li liExperience with CRM, ERP, and billing/subscription management platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Stripe, Chargebee, Zuora, Maxio, QuickBooks, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics. /li liKnowledge of revenue recognition principles under IFRS 15 and/or ASC 606. /li liExperience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar platforms. /li liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to transform operational data into actionable business insights. /li liExcellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong sense of ownership. /li liEffective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Operations teams. /li liAbility to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. /li liContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation, scalability, process optimization, and operational excellence. /li liProfessional
