This role is Inside IR35. Location: Norwich - The post holder will be required to travel to other sites for work purposes, so the ability to travel is essential. Must be willing to travel between sites (full driving licence/own car). Clearance: DBS Contract Length: ASAP for 3 months on a temporary contract - Monday - Friday 0900-1700 Must be An experienced 2nd line Service Desk Engineer Skills essential to the role: Minimum 2 years in IT support experience. Diploma in IT or equivalent knowledge/experience. ECDL or equivalent knowledge. Intermediate Knowledge of backup software, and remote access software applications. Intermediate working knowledge of PC architecture. Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office applications Intermediate knowledge of LAN, WAN, wireless networking, and structured cabling topologies Intermediate working knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory Intermediate working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems Desirable Experience of network management systems and network monitoring. Experience of computer aided dispatch systems and their associated interfaces. Experience of radio systems, including analogue and digital services. Intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP networking Experience of Telephony systems, including analogue and digital services ITIL Foundation Certification. Microsoft Certification. TPBN1_UKTJ
