Job Title: SDR LEAD Salary: £50,000 basic + £10,000 uncapped commission (£60k OTE) Location: Redhill (Hybrid) The Company This fast-growing B2B SaaS provider is transforming how retailers, suppliers, and manufacturers manage returns and warranty claims. Already trusted by The Hut Group, SilverCross, Skechers and Marc Jacobs, the company has grown to £1.5M ARR and 120+ customers, with ambitious growth plans to expand internationally. As they scale across the UK, Europe, and the US, they’re looking for a commercially sharp SDR Lead to take their sales development team to the next level. The Role This is a player-coach position where you’ll lead, manage, and coach the SDR team - while also setting the standard by booking your own meetings. You’ll bring structure, accountability, and energy to the outbound function while experimenting with new tactics, collaborating with marketing, and building a scalable outbound playbook. What You’ll Do • Lead & coach a team of 3 SDRs., • Run daily stand-ups and weekly reviews to drive accountability and momentum., • Personally book 4–6 qualified meetings per month., • Join call blitzes & prospecting blocks to set the pace., • Ensure SDRs consistently hit targets, • Optimise outbound sequences & messaging across ICPs., • Collaborate with Growth Marketing on LinkedIn campaigns, content, and events., • Foster a high-energy, positive team culture with clear incentives. What We’re Looking For • 2–4 years SDR/BDR experience in SaaS ready to take that next step., • Proven track record of hitting personal outbound quotas., • Hands-on mindset: calls, LinkedIn, sequences - you lead by example., • Startup DNA: scrappy, resilient, proactive, and high-energy., • Growth mindset: creative, curious, and always testing new approaches., • Preferably some coaching experience or coach mindset - developing SDRs on activity, quality, and conversion.
