This role will be hybrid and can be based from one of our national offices. In this leadership role, you will guide, coach, and develop a high-performing team of information analysts, ensuring they deliver timely, accurate, and insightful reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. You will implement effective governance, structured processes, and standard operating procedures that maintain high standards, meet client deadlines, and support business-wide compliance. You will also lead on initiatives designed to automate, streamline, and improve reporting efficiency across the organisation. You will work closely with divisional leaders, the Director of Data & AI, Client Relationship Leads, and IT functions to align reporting with strategic priorities and client needs. Acting as a key point of contact for clients, you will shape and deliver tailored insights that support decision making, influence retention, and win rates, and contribute to bid activity. You will champion innovation, stay ahead of emerging trends, and represent the business as an SME in data, reporting, and systems architecture, ensuring governance, accuracy, and regulatory compliance across all reporting activity. • ven experience leading and developing a team of information analysts in a fast-paced environment., • Strong background in client-facing reporting or data management within professional services., • Ability to translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights for clients and stakeholders., • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills., • Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker., • Experience with SQL, data visualisation, and analytics reporting., • Experience implementing automated reporting or process improvements., • Experience supporting bids and tenders with data and reporting input., • Strong understanding of cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud., • Familiarity with data governance and regulatory compliance requirements., • Experience acting as a subject matter expert across data, reporting, or systems architecture projects., • Knowledge of reporting or data needs within the insurance sector (advantageous but not essential).
