Sales Manager: Ecommerce & Digital Commerce £35k + Uncapped Bonus A fast growing ecommerce and digital commerce business is looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to support the next phase of its growth journey. This is a high impact opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening commercial conversations, and turning opportunities into long term partnerships. You will play a key role in driving sustainable revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and helping shape the wider commercial direction of the business. The role is ideal for a proactive, ambitious, and target driven individual who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys the challenge of building pipelines, winning new business, and closing deals. Alongside new business activity, you will work closely with internal teams to support onboarding, account growth, and long term client success. The role includes occasional UK and European travel for client meetings, trade shows, and wider market development initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships across ecommerce, retail, and FMCG sectors, • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients, • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close, • Generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events, • Develop and execute commercial sales strategies aligned to company growth objectives, • Deliver engaging commercial presentations and pitches to prospective clients, • Build strong long term client relationships focused on sustainable commercial growth, • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support onboarding and account development, • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities, • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings across the UK and Europe What We’re Looking For • Proven experience within sales, new business, or commercial roles, • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets, • Experience managing the full sales cycle independently, • Confident generating leads and building commercial relationships, • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, • Commercially minded with a proactive, resilient, and results driven approach, • Ability to build credibility and long term client relationships, • Comfortable operating in a high ownership environment with autonomy over pipeline development and commercial activity, • Experience within ecommerce, digital commerce, FMCG, retail, or agency environments would be advantageous, • Experience working with EU or international clients would be beneficial, • Comfortable with occasional UK and European travel What’s On Offer • 35k base salary + uncapped bonus, • Clear progression opportunities within a growing business, • High level of ownership and commercial influence, • Collaborative and ambitious team culture, • Opportunity to play a key role in shaping future business growth This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a growing business where they can make a genuine commercial impact while building long term career progression.
