We're hiring a Programme Director to lead the enterprise-wide strategy and delivery of AI, automation, and application innovationplaying a key role in shaping the future technology landscape of the organisation. Key elements of the opportunity Youll lead a multi-year digital transformation programme spanning AI, automation, enterprise applications, and data strategy. Key responsibilities include: • Own and deliver the AI strategy Define and embed a 5-year roadmap, drive AI-first thinking, and build innovation hubs across the organisation., • Lead enterprise automation and application transformation Oversee modernisation of core systems, and champion low/no-code technologies to improve agility., • Shape data and integration strategy Govern and optimise Azure-based platforms, lead data architecture, and ensure interoperability across the stack., • Deliver large-scale integrations Implement event-driven architecture, lead Dell Boomi adoption, and build secure, scalable integrations., • Engage and lead Influence senior leadership (C-level), manage complex budgets and teams, and build key delivery partnerships. Key attributes for the role include Youre a strategic thinker and delivery-focused leader who brings strong experience in AI, automation, and enterprise applications. Youll also have: • A track record delivering large-scale digital and IT transformation programmes in complex environments., • Deep knowledge of enterprise systems architecture, automation tools, integration frameworks and data platformsparticularly in Azure environments., • The ability to engage and influence across the organisationtechnical and non-technical stakeholders alike., • Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing large budgets, and building strategic partnerships., • Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ISO 27001)., • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, MSP, TOGAF, or AI/automation frameworks) are highly desirable.
