What We’re Looking For • At least 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry, • Strong leadership and communication skills, • A genuine passion for Italian food and culture, • A proactive, hands-on attitude with a guest-first mindset, • Solid knowledge of London’s vibrant restaurant scene and customer expectations, • Ability to support the team, manage shifts, and handle customer feedback professionally, • Fluent English (Italian is a plus!) You will report directly to the Restaurant Manager.
