We are looking for a client‑focused and commercially minded Client Success Manager based in London (hybrid) to drive client success at Scissero. This role sits at the intersection of clients, legal, sales, product, and engineering, ensuring our AI‑powered legal technology delivers clear, measurable value. You will support new and existing clients, translate client requirements into internal delivery plans, and own post‑sale success through onboarding, adoption, analytics, and ongoing commercial reviews. This is a hands‑on, product‑led role in a scaling legal‑tech environment suited to someone who enjoys combining relationship management, product thinking, and commercial judgement. Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end client experience post-sale, guiding clients from onboarding through adoption, ongoing value delivery, and renewal., • Act as Scissero’s primary client partner, working with sophisticated legal and financial services teams across the UK and internationally., • Support new and existing clients alongside legal and sales teams by scoping client requirements, use cases, and product fit., • Lead onboarding and implementation, setting clients up for early time‑to‑value., • Drive product adoption through structured enablement, tailored success plans, and regular engagement cadences., • Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs, grounded in a strong understanding of product and development capabilities., • Work closely with product and engineering teams through daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives., • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them align Scissero’s legal technology with their operational and strategic goals., • Manage after‑sales client reviews, including monthly and quarterly value and performance reviews., • Build and maintain usage, integration, and analytics reporting to inform client discussions and internal decision‑making., • Monitor client health, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement., • Support commercial conversations post-sale, including renewals, pricing discussions, and expansion opportunities., • Ensure secure and compliant handling of client data and sample documents used for AI model training. Skills and Qualifications Required: • Bachelor’s degree in business, law, technology, or a related discipline., • 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, implementation, or a similar role within SaaS, legal tech, or AI-driven products., • Experience working with complex, high‑expectation clients, ideally within legal, financial services, compliance, or other regulated environments., • Strong ability to gather client requirements and convey them clearly to product and engineering teams., • Commercial awareness, with confidence, engaging in renewal, pricing, and value‑based conversations., • A track record of driving client satisfaction, adoption, and long‑term engagement., • Comfort operating across both strategic and hands‑on work, from executive discussions to detailed onboarding delivery., • Data-literate and outcome-focused, with experience using analytics and client health metrics to guide decisions., • High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder judgement., • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in agile, product-led environments., • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global, distributed team.
