As the Head of Sales for the DENZA brand in the UK, you will lead the commercial strategy and execution required to establish DENZA as a leading premium automotive brand in the market. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will drive sustainable sales growth, expand market share, develop a high-performing dealer network, and deliver ambitious commercial objectives. You will play a critical role in shaping the brand's success by building strong partnerships, leading a high-performing sales team, and collaborating across the business to achieve long‑term growth. • You will partner with the Country Manager to develop and execute the UK sales strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives., • You will drive market share growth and deliver agreed sales, revenue, and profitability targets through effective commercial planning and execution., • You will lead business growth through an omnichannel approach, adopting a B2B2C mindset to maximise customer reach and commercial performance., • You will own the key sales KPIs for the UK market, working closely with dealer partners to achieve agreed business objectives and deliver sustainable growth., • You will build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners, key industry stakeholders, and retail and fleet customers., • You will conduct regular dealer and customer visits to identify opportunities, understand business needs, resolve challenges, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction., • You will prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to support strategic decision‑making., • You will monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the Country Manager and senior leadership team., • You will identify and develop new customer segments, business opportunities, and sales channels in line with the company's long‑term growth strategy., • You will lead regional market expansion initiatives that strengthen DENZA's market presence and commercial performance., • You will work closely with the Marketing team to plan and deliver customer events, product launches, and promotional campaigns that enhance brand awareness and reinforce DENZA's premium positioning., • You will recruit, lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team., • You will set clear objectives, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement., • You will work closely with Network Development, Operations, Aftersales, Finance, Legal, HR, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and the successful delivery of commercial initiatives., • You will undertake additional duties and strategic projects as assigned by the Country Manager and senior leadership team to support the continued growth and success of DENZA in the UK. You are an accomplished commercial leader with a passion for building premium automotive brands and delivering sustainable business growth. You bring a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to drive sales performance in competitive markets. To succeed in this role, you will have: • At least 8 years' experience in senior automotive sales leadership roles, with experience supporting the launch or growth of premium automotive brands considered highly desirable., • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification would be advantageous., • A proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies that deliver sustained revenue growth and increased market share., • Strong commercial acumen with extensive experience in business planning, sales management, and performance optimisation., • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to structure and close complex commercial agreements., • Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing high‑performing sales teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement., • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market trends, forecast performance, and translate data into strategic business decisions., • Outstanding relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with dealer partners, customers, and senior executives., • A proactive, results‑driven approach, with the resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment., • A willingness to travel extensively across the UK and internationally as business needs require., • Flexibility in working hours to support key business priorities and critical commercial initiatives.
