Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Sustainability Consultant good experience across Energy Modelling (IES) focus to join their London-based team. The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving consultancy where individuals are empowered to take ownership and make visible impact. The role sits within the sustainability and analytics function, delivering decarbonisation strategies, heat network optimisation studies, whole-life carbon assessments, and detailed energy modelling. The Role You will lead the delivery of energy modelling outputs using IES, taking technical ownership of modelling methodologies, assumptions, QA processes, and reporting. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you will drive delivery rather than simply support it. While energy modelling is the core focus, you will also contribute to wider sustainability workstreams as required, bringing the same rigour and ownership across decarbonisation, heat networks, and carbon analysis projects. Service Manager - Solar PV & Inverter Systems A historic brand in the renewable energy sector, specializing in the production and sale of inverters for photovoltaic systems and storage systems, is currently engaged in an ambitious growth and development journey, supported by significant investments in technology, organization, and management. Its goal is to strengthen its position in the solar inverter market and build a solid, future-oriented structure. We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and develop our client’s after-sales service operations for solar inverter systems in the UK market. The role is responsible for ensuring high service quality, customer satisfaction, and technical excellence across residential, commercial, and utility-scale PV installations. As Service Manager, you’ll act as the central interface between customers, service partners and internal teams. You’ll take ownership of service performance, technical escalation and continuous improvement, ensuring systems operate reliably and issues are resolved efficiently. Service Manager Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage after sales service activities for solar inverter systems across the UK, • Ensure timely troubleshooting, repair, replacement and commissioning support, • Monitor and drive service KPIs (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction, warranty performance), • Lead, coach and support internal engineers and external service partners, • Coordinate service delivery across multiple stakeholders, ensuring consistent standards, • Act as escalation point for complex technical issues and customer complaints, • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, installers and partners, • Oversee resolution of field issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high service quality, • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, • Manage warranty claims, RMA processes and spare parts coordination, • Ensure compliance with UK regulations and internal service standards, • Utilise CRM and service management tools to track performance and reporting, • Feed field issues back to Product Management and R&D teams, • Support service strategy development and process improvements, • Drive initiatives to improve product reliability and service efficiency Service Manager Key Requirements • 5+ years’ experience in service, technical support or after-sales roles within solar PV, inverters, power electronics or renewables, • Strong technical knowledge of solar inverter systems and PV plant operations, • Experience managing engineers or service partners, • Good understanding of the UK solar market and regulatory environment, • Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing capability, • Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or similar, • Experience with CRM and service management systems, • Willingness to travel across the UK Why Apply?
