Office Services Coordinator London | Law Firm | Full-time We are working with a prestigious global law firm to recruit an experienced Office Services Coordinator for their London office. This is a hands‑on, highly visible role supporting the smooth day‑to‑day operation of a busy, fast‑paced corporate office. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership, delivers high service standards, and is ready to supervise two office/facilities assistants. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate day‑to‑day Office Services operations, ensuring service levels are consistently met, • Manage incoming and outgoing post, couriers, and delivery services, • Oversee printing, scanning, and reprographics, stepping in hands‑on when required, • Conduct daily floor walks, identifying and resolving facilities or maintenance issues, • Maintain and monitor office equipment, including printers, photocopiers, and franking machines, • Support meeting rooms, AV setup, internal events, and office moves, • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors, following up on actions and service delivery, • Support records management, archiving, and access control, • Assist with new starter inductions and general office onboarding, • Provide day‑to‑day supervision of Office Services Assistants, deputising for senior facilities support when needed About You • Proven experience in Office Services, Facilities, or Workplace Operations, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment, • Confident managing multiple priorities in a hands‑on role, • Highly organised, proactive, and solutions‑focused, • Strong communication skills with a service‑led mindset, • Comfortable acting as a central point of contact across the business, • Experience coordinating vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Why Apply? • Join a high‑quality, professional workplace with strong operational standards, • Salary £45k - £55k depending on experience, • Play a key role in the day‑to‑day success of a London office, • Opportunity to take ownership, improve processes, and build long‑term capability Application Process: To apply for this role, please submit your CV.
