Essential Requirements: · Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare. · Significant experience in residential childcare. · Previous management or deputy management experience. · Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding. · Full UK driving licence essential. · Willingness to work shifts and weekends where requires. Responsible Individual (RI) Key Responsibilities: · Provide strategic oversight of the children's home. · Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of governance. · Support the Registered Manager while maintaining effective quality assurance. · Promote continuous improvement and positive outcomes for children. · Liaise with Ofsted and other relevant agencies. Essential Requirements: · Extensive senior leadership experience within children's residential services. · Thorough knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards. · Strong leadership, governance, and compliance experience. · Previous RI experience is essential.
