We also celebrate our Employee of the Month and our long service awards., • A university degree or a formal qualification relating to workplace health and safety management, • Experience and qualifications to show strong organisation an coordination skills, • Previous experience in a health and safety-related role, • Strong attention to detail, • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, • Managing RoSPA's team of independent assessors and judges, supporting their timely assessment and review of award entries in line with the scheme's various deadlines., • Coordinate the confirmation and release of award results, ready for communication to award entrant organisations., • Handle case reviews where entries require further review by RoSPA, and provide entry feedback to entrants., • Act as a point of contact for the awards administration team for technical entry queries raised by entrants.
