About the Role Were looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple client sites. Youll be responsible for delivering high-quality services, managing teams, and ensuring strong client relationships, while maintaining compliance with health & safety standards. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple sites, • Ensure cleaning services meet client specifications and company standards, • Conduct regular audits and implement improvements, • Lead, recruit, and develop cleaning teams, • Manage staff performance, attendance, and scheduling, • Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues promptly, • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, • Monitor service delivery using systems (e.g. Timegate), • Support operational delivery, including hands-on cleaning where required About You -Essential:, • Experience in contracts management or supervisory roles within cleaning or FM, • Proven experience managing multi-site teams, • Strong knowledge of cleaning standards and Health & Safety, • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills, • ...
