Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: Near Cambridge (2 days per week office-based) Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum pro rata Contract: Permanent - available on part-time (4 days per week) or full-time basis Are you an organised, proactive Project Coordinator looking to make a genuine difference? This is a brilliant opportunity to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and play a central role in delivering a high-impact, mission-critical programme 🚀 ✨ The Role As Project Coordinator, you will be at the heart of an ambitious initiative aimed at engaging more parents and ensuring families can access the support they need. Working closely with senior leaders, you will: • Coordinate and drive delivery of the outreach programme, keeping milestones on track, • Manage multiple workstreams confidently and efficiently, • Build strong relationships with parents, schools, community partners, and stakeholders, • Use CRM systems to manage engagement data and track impact, • Analyse performance data using Excel to measure growth and success, • Produce clear, engaging written communications and reports, • Contribute ideas to strengthen outreach strategy and maximise engagement This is a varied, fast-paced role where organisation, initiative, and excellent communication skills will truly shine. ✨ About You You’ll bring energy, structure, and positivity to the team.
