Office Manager required, this is office based working in a friendly office environment where your day will be very varied. Parking on site 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. This is role will combine duties including purchasing, facilities coordination, administration, supporting finance, and customer-facing responsibilities. The successful candidate will take ownership of office and site operations, ensuring processes run smoothly, procurement is timely and controlled, and both internal teams and external visitors receive a professional, well-organised experience. Lead purchasing activity including raising POs and placing orders Maintain supplier records, pricing, delivery schedules, and purchasing documentation. Track deliveries, manage shortages, and proactively communicate issues. Maintain stock levels aligned with production and operational needs. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to improve value, lead times, and reliability. Office Management & Administration Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, registers, and document control. Process timesheets and produce purchasing, stock, and operational reports. Organise meetings, hospitality, visitor access, and front-of-house standards. Support onboarding and inductions for new starters. Finance Support Process card and debit payments. Support the accounts team with invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Ensure accurate and timely paperwork is provided to Finance Process orders, confirmations, payments, invoicing, and customer documentation. Coordinate deliveries, shipments, returns, and resolve queries professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Coordinate contractors, maintenance, and service providers. Support Health & Safety documentation, logs, inspections, and contractor compliance. Coordinate goods-in/out, courier collections, and internal stock movements. Maintain packing materials and office supplies aligned with operational needs. Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments and returns. Assist with planning and delivery of internal and external meetings and events.
