Job Description Posted Saturday, 28 March 2026 at 05:00 Head of Property National Estate 100 Sites Growth and Development Focus Competitive Salary Car Allowance Performance Related Bonus Paid Mileage Private Healthcare At Grandir UK, we are looking for a commercially minded Head of Property to lead and optimise our growing national estate of circa 100 nurseries, with plans to expand beyond 130 settings. Reporting to our CFO, you will take ownership of estate performance, compliance, and investment, ensuring our portfolio is safe, efficient, and aligned to operational and financial goals. You will lead a programme of refurbishments, extensions, and selective new developments, while identifying opportunities to unlock value across the estate. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role offering the opportunity to play a key part in our continued growth.
