Responsibilities: - Visit retail stores regularly as a typical shopper to purchase designated items funded by the company. - Evaluate product quality, customer service, store ambiance, and overall shopping experience. - Provide detailed, objective feedback on each item purchased, including its usability, value, and quality. - Complete and submit reviews and reports promptly, following provided guidelines. - Ensure confidentiality and act as an impartial consumer during store visits. - Meet deadlines for product reviews and reporting as assigned. Requirements: - Must be 18+ years old. - Must have lived at your current address for a minimum of 3 years. - Strong attention to detail and ability to provide clear, unbiased feedback. - Excellent written communication skills to deliver thorough and actionable reviews. - Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. - Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. - A passion for retail and consumer products. • Sales Management - Knowing the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for Retail related to the store (including previous years’ figures): Sales according to Budget, Average Receipt Price, Conversion Rate, UPT. • Customer Service - Guaranteeing the customer satisfaction standards set by Retail Management and assessed via the Mystery Shopper. - Applying Camper’s Customer Services policies: o Following the steps of the Sales Cycle. Applying specific SELL FOR SUCCESS training. o Knowing how to transmit product benefits and care tips to the customer. o Applying Camper’s guarantees in the event of returns and exchanges, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. o Encouraging customer loyalty. Developing and maintaining commercial relations with customers with the aim of reinforcing the brand’s image and prestige. • Operations and Procedures - Store Operations: o Opening and closing the Store. o Managing using the SAP program: product registration and reception, product returns, orders and transfers between stores, stocktaking, faulty goods, CLUB CAMPER. o Correctly controlling and managing the cash register. Handling the POS-terminal. o Ensuring the organisation of the storeroom: Managing and ensuring effective and successful stocktaking procedures. Keeping the storeroom in correct working order and tidy. Placing the products on the shelves. - Image: o Implementing Marketing and Visual Merchandising policies and strategies. o Complying with the Uniform Policy established by the Company. o Keeping the store area clean and tidy. JOB DESCRIPTION 2 o Keeping the staff room clean and tidy. o Immediately informing of any maintenance incidents. - Business Knowledge: o Knowing the commercial and brand trends of the Company and its competitors in the sector. o Knowing the Camper collection (lines, concepts, models, materials, soles, technical footwear vocabulary). o Knowing Camper’s Customer Services policy. o Knowing the Marketing and Visual Merchandising policies and strategies. o Knowing the SAP tool and its application.
