About the Role We are looking for a highly technical and customer-facing Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join the Customer Solutions team at DaVinci Commerce. This is a hybrid role that combines software engineering, solution architecture, AI agent deployment, customer onboarding, and technical consulting. You will work closely with enterprise customers to design, build, deploy, and support AI-powered commerce experiences using DaVinci Commerce’s APIs, MCP interfaces, and Agentic BrandStore framework. As an FDE, you will bridge the gap between Product, Engineering, and Customers — acting as both a technical problem solver and trusted solution advisor. You will rapidly prototype customer-specific solutions, build scalable AI agents, conduct live demos, onboard enterprise clients, and ensure successful production deployments.
