The Role: As an Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients worldwide across Sport, Events, and Music. You’ll understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Manage and develop client portfolios, building strong, lasting relationships, • Serve as the main point of contact, providing expert support and guidance, • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and maximise revenue, • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service, • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve any issues, • Provide regular reporting and updates to clients and stakeholders About You: • Experience in account management, client services, or similar roles, • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, • Highly organised, able to manage multiple clients simultaneously, • Bilingual skills highly desirable to support international clients, • Proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment What’s on Offer: • Salary £35,000–£40,000 (DOE), • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, • Flexible working: primarily in Manchester offices, • Quarterly bonuses, • Free tickets to major gigs and high-profile sporting events This is a rare opportunity in the North West to join a start-up making a real impact on its industry.
