Job Purpose: The Content & Brand Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining the company’s brand identity across all channels while producing a wide range of marketing content to support digital, print, event, and internal communication initiatives. This role ensures that brand standards are consistently upheld while delivering high-quality creative assets, compelling copy, and visually engaging campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales across all JX brands. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in graphic design, copywriting, and brand stewardship, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Honor Commitments: • Create and maintain brand guideline documentation and ensure adherence across all marketing channels and platforms., • Manage OE (Original Equipment) brand standards, collaborating with internal and external teams to meet compliance requirements., • Ensure all assigned projects, including design work, blog posts, and email campaigns, are completed on time and with attention to quality and brand consistency. Create Positive Experiences: • Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for advertising, blogs, email marketing, websites, and social media., • Design and develop marketing assets, including but not limited to: flyers, catalogs, packaging, signage, social media graphics, promotional banners, and menu boards., • Craft and schedule social media posts and captions, utilizing hashtag research to enhance engagement and reach., • Assist with video script development and support video content production with visual and copy assets. Foster Lifelong Learning: • Stay updated on best practices in brand management, design trends, content strategy, and digital communications., • Actively seek opportunities to enhance the customer and employee experience through more effective messaging and visual presentation., • Participate in marketing team development initiatives, sharing knowledge and contributing to process improvements. Exhibit Pioneering Spirit: • Lead the creative process for campaign brief development, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and messaging., • Take initiative in suggesting and creating new content ideas for blog posts, promotional campaigns, and social engagement efforts., • Support influencer and PR outreach coordination by developing and providing needed creative assets. Demonstrate Good Stewardship: • Manage content updates and asset creation for Alltrux, Amcan, and other brand-specific platforms., • Oversee content maintenance on digital platforms such as Issuu and Rigdig., • Maintain accurate records of marketing purchase orders, creative project details, and publication schedules., • Support the marketing team by providing timely updates for holiday closings, branch signage, employee calendar coordination, and promotional social media content. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)., • 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, content development, graphic design, or brand management., • Strong understanding of color management and production standards, including when to apply Pantone, CMYK, and RGB color profiles for different media types., • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office. Adobe Premiere and other platforms for creating assets like social reels are a plus., • Strong writing skills for marketing content creation across advertising, blogs, social media, and email marketing., • Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), email marketing systems, and social media scheduling tools., • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting deadlines., • Strong understanding of visual branding, digital content trends, and customer engagement strategies., • Photography and basic video editing skills are a plus.
