We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-minded Accountant/Financial Analyst with strong expertise in BI tools and a background in manufacturing or distribution. This role plays a key part in supporting financial planning, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, evaluate profitability, support budgets and forecasts, and develop reporting that drives operational and financial improvements. Responsibilities • Analyze financial performance, including revenue, gross margin, COGS, product mix, and operating results., • Prepare monthly reporting packages and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)., • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes., • Partner with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to evaluate cost drivers and operational KPIs., • Develop and enhance financial models to support pricing, sales trends, and profitability analysis., • Support variance analysis, identifying risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations., • Assist in standardizing reporting processes and improving data quality and accessibility., • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field., • 3+ years of financial analysis or FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution., • Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar)., • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling)., • Strong understanding of cost analysis, COGS, supply chain metrics, and gross margin drivers., • Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly to leadership teams., • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)., • Understanding of standard costing, inventory analysis, and manufacturing workflows. #Acct Pay:$100,000.00 - $110,000.00
