Job Description This is a remote position. Director of Growth Marketing Location: Remote (United States or Canada) Are you an experienced digital marketer specializing in performance marketing and growth initiatives? First Due is seeking an innovative Director of Growth Marketing to lead all performance marketing and digital optimization initiatives. This role owns the First Due website, performance marketing channels, SEO, and generative search optimization, while also building scalable demand generation strategies across acquisition and expansion. The Director will partner cross-functionally with product, content, and sales to develop high-impact campaigns, while leveraging advanced analytics, AI-driven tools, and automation to drive measurable growth. This position requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Who You Are • You have successfully managed and scaled high-performing demand generation functions using modern marketing approaches and technology., • You are equally comfortable building strategy and getting hands-on — whether that means configuring marketing automation, fine-tuning AdWords settings, writing email copy, or optimizing blog content for SEO., • You are a leader who develops people: you take the time to mentor, support, and grow your team, while also setting a high bar for performance., • You excel at cross-functional partnership — sales leaders and executives trust you because you consistently deliver on pipeline generation strategies that drive measurable revenue., • You are relentless about performance: conversion rates, click-through rates, and pipeline metrics are second nature to you, and you’re always looking for ways to optimize., • You believe in the power of technology and data, and you balance experimentation with accountability, knowing that the best resources are the people on your team., • You are trusted by executives because you measure what matters, communicate results clearly, and use insights to drive smarter decisions., • Architect the growth marketing strategy for both net-new acquisition and customer expansion, aligned with organizational goals., • Build and manage integrated campaigns across SEM, SEO, ABM, email, webinars, paid syndication, social, events, and customer marketing., • Implement and optimize the lead-to-opportunity funnel with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO)., • Launch and maintain content optimization strategies for top ranking in generative search., • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across search, social, video, programmatic, and emerging platforms., • Own the First Due website: ensure best-in-class buyer experience, conversion optimization, and technical performance., • Maintain reporting dashboards for campaign performance, SEO, and site metrics., • Use data and analytics to inform decisions, measure ROI, and optimize budget allocation., • Work closely with product marketing, content, design, and sales to ensure aligned messaging and campaign execution., • Support sales enablement with targeted content, ABM programs, and funnel acceleration., • Mentor and manage marketing staff, while overseeing vendors and agencies to scale execution., • Provide training on tools, platforms, and marketing best practices. Required Skills & Tools • CMS & Website: Webflow, Wordpress, etc., • Advertising: Google/YouTube/Bing/LinkedIn/Facebook/Reddit Ads., • Analytics & Optimization: Google Analytics, Search Console, Hotjar, Zoho PageSense., • CRM & Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Marketo, Pardot., • ABM & Intent Tools: 6Sense, DemandBase., • SEO: SEMrush, Screaming Frog., • AI & Automation: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Zapier, n8n., • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited American school, • 4–6 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or digital marketing in B2B technology (startup/scale-up preferred)., • Strong track record of developing and executing growth strategies that deliver measurable results., • Experience across enterprise, mid-market, and commercial segments., • Expertise in SEO, SEM, CRO, ABM, and integrated marketing., • Familiarity or connection with GovTech or public safety technology is a plus., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences., • Highly collaborative, data-driven, and results-oriented.
