Job Description Overview Primo Brands is seeking a Procurement Intern to join our team in Breinigsville, PA for Summer 2026. In this role, you will support the Procurement and Supply Chain organization with sourcing and purchasing operations, supplier data management, and basic spend/cost analysis. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core procurement processes, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Duration: Tuesday, May 26, 2026 – Friday, July 31, 2026. Must be available for orientation during the first week (5/26 – 5/29), final project presentation during the last week (7/27 – 7/31) and at least 7 of the 8 weeks between 6/1 – 7/24, excluding unpaid company holidays (Friday, 6/19 & Friday, 7/3). Any known absence must be communicated in advance to the Recruiter, Internship Program leaders and the Hiring Manager. Schedule/Hours per week: Monday – Friday, 30 - 40 hours per week during the 10-week program. Ability to work in office 3 – 5 days per week based on individual team schedule. Remote workdays and overtime hours must be approved in advance by your manager. Eligibility: Ability to commute to the Primo Brands factory in Breinigsville, PA throughout the program. Some travel may be required, including overnight. Currently studying in a Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field at an accredited institution. Junior undergraduate standing preferred; motivated candidates at other academic levels will also be considered. This internship is designed as a paid professional experience and does not include academic credit. Compensation: $24.00 / hour Location: Allentown, PA Responsibilities • Raw material and Packaging Material specification maintenance and normalization., • Assist with supplier KPIs, master data maintenance, and contract documentation., • Analyze spend data and support sourcing and cost-savings initiatives., • Partner with Operations, Finance, and Quality to support material availability and production requirements., • Maintain procurement records, reporting, and dashboards with a focus on data accuracy., • Support supplier performance tracking, including scorecard updates and follow-ups., • Provide support for inventory and material planning activities as needed., • Develop presentations and written summaries for procurement leadership and stakeholders., • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)., • Complete a capstone project and deliver a final presentation summarizing outcomes and key learnings. Qualifications Required Qualifications • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field., • Demonstrated interest in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)., • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills., • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines., • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment., • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise, temperature variations, and production equipment., • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while on the production floor., • Ability to follow all safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)., • Coursework in supply chain, procurement, or operations management., • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or related procurement tools., • Paid internship with competitive hourly compensation., • Meaningful, hands-on experience within a cross-functional supply chain organization., • Professional development, networking opportunities, and exposure to senior leadership.
